Since 1974, Richard has worked in Information Technology in application software development, product design, courseware development and delivery, business process analysis, project management and I.T. Management. His experience spans the development life cycle from project/product inception and requirements management through system or product delivery and support.
Richard has broad experience in organizational and I.T. management from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked in banking, insurance, utilities, software, web development, retail, manufacturing, and I.T. governance/regulatory environments.
Over his career, he has managed international software development and support for large organizations as well as developed over 30 commercial training courses. He has delivered over 5000 hours of training including corporate, commercial, event, non-profit, and college-accredited courses.
Renée-Claire Spencer Product Design & Development and Founder
Renée-Claire has twenty-plus years in course design, training development, class delivery, marketing support and product promotion, graphic design, video production and editing. Her expertise spans instructional, promotional, policy, procedural, copy, narrative (non-fiction and fiction) and technical writing.
She has detailed experience in presentation design and creation for course delivery, policy information and product promotion.
Renée-Claire supports our international customer requests and works with our licensing partners. She oversees planning, production, and post-production of new products including video enhancements to courses and course delivery. She writes, produces and edits filmed interviews with customers for use in promotion of their own products and services.
During her career she has contributed to or written over 50 commercial training courses including specific software systems. She is currently writing a book to empower people who wish to share their experience through training.
